Lebanese Orders and Medals

The most prestigious orders and military medals in Lebanon are regulated by the code of decorations. Some of the orders pre-date the independance of Lebanon and were instituted while under foreign rule. The orders and medals are generally both divided by class but the most recently created medals are not.
